Sometimes you need a lawyer, even when it is not a
court case. If you are buying or selling a house you need a
lawyer to examine the title, prepare the documents, supervise the closing,
and make sure the papers are properly recorded. Perhaps you need a lease prepared. Perhaps you want to obtain a variance or license
from a planning or zoning board. We have the experience to represent you in any of
these matters. When a person dies, their estate must be
settled. Whether there is a will or
not, the assets need to be collected, the bills paid, tax matters settled and
the estate distributed and accounted for. You should have a will to make sure your money goes
where you want it to. The cost is small, usually $40.00 for a husband and
